Governor Nwifuru with Governor Umo Eno
A delegation of Southern Governors Forum has visited Uyo, to commiserate with their colleague, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, Governor of Akwa Ibom State, over the demise of his dear wife, Her Excellency, Pastor (Mrs.) Patience Oluwakemi Umo Eno.
His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, Governor of Ebonyi State, was among the Governors who went for the condolence visit on Monday, October 27, 2024.
The delegation was led by the Chairman, Southern Governors Forum, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Governor of Ogun State. Others in attendance were H.E. Peter Mbah (Enugu), H.E. Prof. Charles Soludo (Anambra), H.E. Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti) and H.E. Sen. Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke (Osun).
Late Pastor (Mrs.) Patience Oluwakemi Umo Eno was reported to have passed on September 26, 2024, at a hospital on surrounded by family members.
May her soul continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord, Amen.
