Ezillo-Ezzagu Road
The Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has today, inspected the ongoing construction of the 22km Ezillo-Ezzagu road in Ishielu Local Government Area.
In his avowed determination to develop rural infrastructure in the State, the Governor approved the construction of the road sometime in 2023. Since then, the 22km road has received good laterite and compaction, to the delight of members of the communities.
Consequently, the construction of the road has taken a new phase, as the laying of 8 inches of concrete has started. Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru was there to inspect the quality of work in the area. He was delighted with the quality and progress of the work and even more happy with the positive reactions he received from members of the communities.
Governor Nwifuru continues to implement the details of the Ebonyi State 2024 Budgetary Provisions, for which ‘Rural Infrastructural Development’ remains one of the priorities.
