The People’s Charter of Needs remains the best human-interest document for the people of Ebonyi State. It is a document that brings the needs of the people to the Government’s table for action.
One of the cardinal points in this working document of the Government is Primary Education. Given the current nature of our primary and secondary schools, and the fact that they form the foundation of our education, it requires concentrated and quality attention.
Having created the Ministry of Education (Primary and Secondary) for this purpose, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, today swore in the Chairman, Secretary and Members of Ebonyi State Universal Basic Education and Representatives of various organizations of the Board, with a simple assignment – ‘Get Our Primary Education Working Again, to the Best Standard.’ The board is led by Rt. Hon. Mrs. Patience Ogodo.
Ebonyi State under Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru will reform our education system and make us proud and happy.
